Description
Chao Premium Thai Tea is a carefully selected Thai tea blend designed to deliver the distinct aroma, rich body, and deep amber color that Thai milk tea is known for. Whereas regular Thai tea originates from Northern Thailand, we made a blend that is beloved in the South of Thailand with strong Ceylon tea and added spices.
This blend offers warm notes of toasted tea, gentle spice, and subtle vanilla-like sweetness, without harsh bitterness and colour.

Suggested Thai Milk Tea Brewing Proportions
For single brew
Tea 2 tbsp
Hot Water 240ml
Soak tea in hot water for 5 minutes. Strain.
If using a tea sock strainer, pour over 5 times to get a strong brew.
Recipe for 500ml/16oz cups
Brewed Tea 180-200ml
Sweetened Condensed Milk 30ml
Evaporated Milk 30ml
Sugar 1 tbsp or Sugar Syrup 15ml (optional)
For bulk brew:
5 liters of boiled water (taken off the heat once the water boils)
200-250g of tea
Soak tea for 10 minutes. Strain.
Recipe for 500ml/16oz cups
Brewed Tea 180-200ml
Sweetened Condensed Milk 30ml
Evaporated Milk 30ml
Sugar 1 tbsp or Sugar Syrup 15ml (optional)
Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight
Keep sealed in an airtight container to preserve aroma and color
Avoid moisture and exposure to strong odors
For best flavor, consume within 12 months of opening
