Recommended Home Brewing Proportions:
Usucha (Single Dose) Hot or Cold
Hot : 2g + 60ml warm water
Cold: 2g + 60ml cold water
Clear Matcha Hot or Cold
Hot : 2.5g + 60ml warm water to whisk + 90ml warm water
Cold: 2.5g + 60ml room temperature water to whisk + 90ml water + ice
Koicha (Double Dose) Hot or Cold
Hot : 4g + 60ml warm water or milk
Cold: 4g + 60ml cold water or milk
Recommended Commercial Brewing Proportions (12oz cups):
Hot : 4g + 120ml warm water or milk + optional sweetener
Cold: 4g + 120ml cold water or milk + optional sweetener
Iced: 5g + 150ml cold water or milk + optional sweetener + ice

STORAGE INSTRUCTION
Keep in cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container to preserve freshness. Refrigerate if not in use regularly. When refrigerated, take out at least 2 hours before use.
EXPIRY
Use within 6 months of opening. To extend the shelf life, freeze and take out at least 1 day before use. When not in use, keep refrigerated.
