FAQ - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & PAYMENTS

We are based in Thailand and Philippines. For international orders, please email us with your order and we will provide you an estimate including shipping costs.

The system does not calculate the shipping costs accurately.

• Your order – the list of items you would like to order
• Your personal details for the total estimate including shipping charges

  2. Shipping Address
  3. Contact Number
  4. Email Address
• We will send you a total estimate via email for your review.
• Once you have approved the estimate, we will send you the payment links to pay via PayPal/Credit Card or via Direct Bank Transfer.
• Once you have made the payment, please send us the proof via email to ciao@chaocoffeetea
• Your order will be shipped within 3 days.
